The stages of oceanic life are astounding.  In this view from below the lighthouse in Marblehead, you see aquatic life in a wild array of stages.  Plants, animals, micro organisms, all living in harmony on these rocks the way they have for millions of years.  I sat here for hours, watching the waves make the red algae dance while the greens wait for the tides to return.
