GAS HAUS STRAND

Is there anything better than a small beach tucked into a bay?  Gas Haus Strand, or Gashouse Beach, is the perfectly private getaway in Marblehead.  This is high tide, so the footbridge is hidden, but at low tide the path to the island welcomes you to a lush oasis of greens.  But don't stay too long, as this party ends as quickly as it began, leaving would-be stragglers trapped until the next low tide.
